Jharipani Falls

This scenic spot is painted with a variety of colourful flowers and an amusement park with adventurous rides for kids. Also known as ‘Company Bagh’, this park is perfect to have a picnic with your lover, friends or family. It even has a Lake with an artificial waterfall and you can even enjoy boating in it. Gun Hill

Gun Hill is one of the most prominent tourist attractions for tourists who visit Mussoorie. It is the second-highest peak in Mussoorie. Irrespective of the time of the month, do carry woollen clothes with you. Views from the top of the Gun Hill peak are bound to leave you spellbound.

Dhanaulti

Dhanaulti is a sleepy, little town that sits on the Chamba-Mussoorie road, at a staggering height of 2,250 metres above sea level. Dhanaulti’s elevation means that you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayas from almost any point and the weather remains pleasantly cool at almost all times. The landscape of the place is defined by virgin forests with towering trees of deodars, oaks and rhododendrons.

Benog Wildlife Sanctuary

Benog Wildlife Sanctuary is part of the much popular Rajaji National Park. The park is home to a couple of rare and common fauna such as the Himalayan goat, panther, leopard, deer and bear. This is today the most visited tourist destinations in the hill station of Mussoorie. You can spot several exotic and indigenous birds here including the red-billed blue magpie.

Lambi Dehar Mines

Lambi Dehar Mines are often referred to as the ‘The Mine of Death’. In the early 90s, around 50,000 worker died due to choked blood as the mining techniques were improper. And soon the locals left the village claiming they can feel spirits there. Creating a very eerie look, this abandoned mine surrounded by a lot of houses with trees and shrubs growing inside them are the only things left.
